About the Role
As an Enterprise Success Partner at Multimodal, you will play an integral part in our growth and work closely with our VP of Sales to drive revenue targets. You will cultivate relationships and business opportunities targeting large, enterprise accounts in the financial services sector.
You know how to sell innovation through customer vision expansion and can push deals forward to compress decision cycles. You’re an expert at empathizing with customers to understand their core business objectives and can glean valuable insights from partner engagements to fuel our go-to-market strategies and operational scalability. In short: you will play a crucial role in shaping our playbook and strategic expansion into key financial services accounts.
The Impact You Will Have
- Meet with CIOs, operations executives, LOB executives, and other important partners to open up new business opportunities within the financial services sector
- Own the full sales cycle end-to-end, from strategic prospecting to contract signature
- Become a trusted advisor to our customers and work with their product and engineering teams through adoption and integration
- Connect dots to inform our go-to-market motion and drive effective positioning with prospective customers
- Identify and close quick, small wins while managing longer, complex sales cycles
- Use a solution-based approach to selling and creating value for customers
- Ensure 100% satisfaction among all customers as witnessed through continued partnership and growth
- Build contingency plans and be the first point of contact in the event of an escalation
What We Look For
- 5+ years experience exceeding sales quotas in enterprise or software sales
- Prior customer relationships with financial services CIOs, executives, and essential decision makers
- Field experience selling highly technical solutions to both business and technical audiences simultaneously
- Demonstrated success achieving or exceeding quota on a consistent basis
- Prior experience operating in fast-paced early-stage technology company
